APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be made by calling our office at (916) 983-2302 or by visiting our online patient portal. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice.

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

When you need a prescription refilled, please call our office at least 2-3 days prior to running out. This gives the physicians time to review your chart and approve the refill.

When calling, please provide us with your pharmacy’s telephone number and the name of the medication.  We do not refill medications after hours.

INSURANCE & PAYMENT

We accept most major insurance plans. Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, checks and cash.
